aiSelect is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides resume building and job matching services. As a digital service, there are no physical products to ship. Instead, our services are delivered through the following methods:
Upon successful registration or subscription purchase, you will immediately gain access to your aiSelect account and the features included in your chosen plan (Free or Premium). This access is provided through our secure web application.
When you create and export a resume, the PDF or other format files are made available for immediate download through your browser. These files are also stored in your account for future access.
If you purchase our Premium Plan, your account will be upgraded immediately after successful payment processing. You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase and account upgrade.
We strive to maintain 99.9% service uptime. However, occasional maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.
aiSelect is available to users worldwide. Our digital services can be accessed from any location with internet connectivity, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please note that while our service is globally accessible, customer support is primarily provided in English.
