This Cancellation & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests for aiSelect services.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. Here's what happens when you cancel:

  • Access Period: When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will not automatically renew after the current billing period ends.
  • Account Status: After your Premium subscription period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan with its associated limitations.
  • Data Retention: Your resumes and account data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy, even after downgrading to the Free plan.

Refund Policy

aiSelect does not currently provide refunds for subscription payments. All purchases are final and non-refundable. This no-refund policy applies to all subscription plans and payment methods.

We encourage users to:

  • Review our features and pricing before subscribing
  • Contact our support team with any questions before making a purchase
  • Consider starting with our Free plan to evaluate our service before upgrading to Premium

Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider refund requests in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: If you experience severe technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using our services, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: If you have been incorrectly charged or billed multiple times for the same subscription period.

Any exceptions to our no-refund policy are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of aiSelect management.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Premium subscription:

  1. Log in to your aiSelect account
  2. Navigate to "Account Settings"
  3. Select "Billing"
  4. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
